(1) CENTER BACKS
*Accurate Distribution abilities with passes – *Ability to dominate Air duels balls in every area of the field. – *Recovery Speed. *Ability to dominate Challenges and tackles.
(2) OUTSIDE BACKS
** Tight FIRST TOUCH – *accurate distribution abilities. – fitness & speed. *Quick Recovery. – *Good 1-v-1 in tackles.
(3) HOLDING/DEFENSIVE CENTER MIDFIELD
*Speed of play. – *Quick Decision-making – *Good distribution. – *Tactically Discipline in both covering, Attacking & counter attacking. – *Ability to win aerial balls in all area of the field ( MUST BE GOOD IN THE AIR )
(4) ATTACKING CENTER MIDFILDER
*Play Maker. – *Creates goal-scoring opportunities. – *Ability to beat players 1-v-1 or 1-v-2. – *Good passer. – *Good Distribution
(5) WINGERS – RIGHT – LEFT
*Accurately service crosses to specific area. – *Explosive Speed. – *Recovery
(6) FORWARDS
* Goal-scorer, effective in and around the box at a high rate. Target player to break opponents line. Speed to make vertical & diagonal runs behind opponent backlines. Team Player with midfielder to make connective links and support teammates (players)
(7) GOALKEEPERS
*Awareness. Reading the game . Communication – (Vocal, confident & fitness )
